I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I strive to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness. I create a training environment that motivates and also empowers you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and rewarding way. I use safe, sound exercises that provide you with a variety of effective workouts. Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety, and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being. I hold certifications in personal training, weight loss management, Tabata Bootcamp, Yogafit, Kickboxing and Pilates. In addition to being a Personal Trainer & Group Instructor/Coach, I’m a proud wife and mother of two. In my spare time I love to run, bike, swim, and relax with family and friends!
