Online Bootcamp

What equipment do I need?

You will need a set of dumbbells, an optional mat, and optional mini bands. You can purchase your Get Fit With Jess mini bands here!

What size dumbbells do I need?

I recommend starting with one lighter set of dumbbells such as 5-8lbs if you're new to the program and new to working out. After the first couple of workouts you will get a better idea if you need a heavier or lighter set. 

How do I view the videos?

Videos will be posted on the Get Fit With Jess App and web-App. You can view them on your computer, mobile device, or on your TV by using Apple TV screen mirroring or casting to a TV that supports Google casting.

How long is a typical workout?

The workout videos range from 30-40 minutes and all workouts include a warm up and cooldown. 

I do not live local. Can I still join?

Yes! I have clients all over the world. This is a virtual program that runs through an App or Web-App. We do not use any social media accounts for this program and you can live anywhere to participate. The workouts are posted to your group at 4:30am ET so you can do them at anytime. The program is very flexible and works for you and YOUR schedule!

Do I have to wait until the next session to join?

No! The best part about this program is you get everything you need to get going the minute you sign up. I have a new session starting every month. You will receive the comprehensive guide and how to get started videos via email as soon as you sign up (be sure to check your junk or spam mail if you do not see it) so you can start practicing until your session begins. I am available via email to answer questions before we get going in the private group!

Is a meal plan provided?

You will have tons of support and education regarding nutrition. You will be given healthy eating guides, tips, recipes, plus I will teach you how to log and track your food using a free app My Fitness Pal.

How will I get to my group once I join?

You will receive a welcome email explaing how the program works and all the details you'll need to get started and ready to go!

What's the difference between the 4 Week Basic Training Bootcamp vs. the FITLife monthly group?

The 4 Week Basic Training Bootcamp program is where everyone starts when first joining. In this session you will learn the basics of fitness, whole food nutrition, and the importance of support and daily coaching. After completing at least one session of the 4 Week Bootcamp, you're ready and eligible to join the FITLife monthly membership. This group includes everything you learned in your Basic Training session, plus additional challenges and workouts.  

Can I still do the program if I'm pregnant or nursing?

Yes, with a few modifications and tweaks to the program you will do great! I have worked with many BF and expecting moms. 

I do not want to lose weight, but I want to tone up. Is this program for me?

Yes, of course! This program will get you feeling leaner, stronger, and give you more energy! We can easily customize your macros for your individual goals.
